In conjunction with the announcement made by his eminence Dr. Ibrahim Abu Mohamad (Grand Mufti of Australia), Board of Imams Victoria is pleased to declare that the first day of Shawwal 1441 AH will be on Sunday 24^th May 2020 Insha Allah.

Due to COVID19 restrictions imposed by both the State of Victoria and Federal Governments Eid prayers will NOT be conducted in Mosques. BOIV urge the community to strictly adhere to these restrictions on large gatherings and social distancing to keep the community safe.

BOIV President Sheikh Isse Abdo MUSSE and member Imams send their warmest Eid al Fitr greetings to all Muslims in Victoria and all over Australia.
